Product-specific document. This schedule applies only to Stillpoint (app.rork.stillpoint-3am-reality-check). It supplements the separate Stillpoint Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which has its own immutable version and SHA-256 hash.
Wellness only. Stillpoint is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, a clinician, or an emergency service. It does not monitor you, assess suicide risk, or guarantee relief, sleep, safety, or any outcome.
1. Incorporated agreement and age
This schedule is part of the Service Terms. You must be at least 18 to use Stillpoint.
2. Immediate help
If you may harm yourself or someone else, feel unable to stay safe, or face an emergency, do not rely on Stillpoint. Call local emergency services or contact an appropriate crisis service now. In the United States, call or text 988. Crisis links are informational, may not be available in every region, and may change or fail.
3. Guided content and patterns
Prompts, breathing exercises, reflections, pattern summaries, and worry outcomes are general self-reflection tools. They can be incomplete, uncomfortable, or unsuitable. Stop if a feature increases distress and seek qualified support. Deterministic pattern evidence describes records you entered; it is not a prediction, diagnosis, clinical interpretation, or statement that a feared outcome is safe.
4. Speech, audio, and notifications
Speech recognition can misunderstand words and may be unavailable. Review text before saving. Audio interruption, locked-device state, notification settings, and operating-system behavior can interrupt sessions or reminders. Do not use breathing pacing while driving or where diverted attention or altered breathing could be unsafe.
5. Sensitive local records
Reflections may be sensitive. Use App Lock and device security appropriate to your circumstances. Exports create unencrypted or shareable copies depending on your chosen destination; review them carefully. Deleting a local record or the app cannot retrieve a copy you exported or shared.
6. Purchases
The app identifies premium modes, Shelf capacity/history, patterns, reports, and export features. Access depends on Apple/RevenueCat entitlement status.
7. Limited mode after declining
Crisis resources remain available without acceptance. Limited mode also provides privacy unlock, export, deletion, legal/support/subscription controls, and Restore Purchases. It does not permit guided sessions, new reflections, new worry records, or pattern generation.
8. Privacy
Reflections, speech-derived text, outcomes, and patterns remain on device. The legal ledger does not receive mental-health, wellness, speech, or reflection content.
9. No professional relationship
Use of Stillpoint does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Seek a licensed professional for individualized advice or care.
Current product data boundary
The following categories and operational boundaries are specific to Stillpoint. They form part of this product schedule and are described more fully in the product-specific Privacy Policy.
- Journal entries, reflections, worry-shelf items, outcome notes, and follow-up check-ins
- Session history, mood or intensity ratings, tags, local patterns, and reports
- Transient microphone audio and speech-derived text
- App-lock, notification, display, and other product preferences
- User-requested exports
- Anonymous App Store purchase and entitlement metadata
- Privacy-minimal legal-choice evidence
Reflections and wellness records
Stillpoint stores journal entries, reflections, worry-shelf items, session history, mood or intensity ratings, tags, outcome notes, follow-up check-ins, local patterns, reports, notification preferences, and other settings in local app storage.
Stillpoint does not send mental-health or wellness content, journal or reflection text, mood ratings, speech-derived text, tags, patterns, or reports to the developer, RevenueCat, or the legal-choice ledger. The app does not use advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party product analytics.
Speech recognition
If the user chooses voice input, Stillpoint configures Apple's speech recognizer to require on-device recognition. Microphone buffers are used transiently during dictation; Stillpoint does not record them to an audio file, retain them as product data, or transmit them to the developer. Speech-derived text becomes part of the local record only if the user saves it.
App Lock
If App Lock is enabled, Apple's Local Authentication framework evaluates Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. Stillpoint receives only the authentication result and does not access or store biometric templates.
Exports
Stillpoint creates reports or exports only after the user asks it to and hands them to the iOS share sheet. Copies saved or shared by the user remain wherever the user or selected service places them.
Purchases and legal choices
Apple processes App Store purchases and payment credentials. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and limited app, device, purchase, and entitlement metadata needed to determine access; it does not receive Stillpoint reflections, speech, ratings, tags, check-ins, or reports.
The legal-choice service receives only signed, privacy-minimal evidence of an acceptance, decline, or withdrawal, including product and document identifiers, versions and hashes, the choice, broad age band and acceptor role when applicable, pseudonymous installation and request identifiers, timestamps, locale, and security proof. It does not receive Stillpoint product content.
Retention and deletion
Stillpoint keeps local records until the user deletes them with an available control, clears applicable app storage, or removes the app, subject to Apple's device and backup behavior. Removing the app does not remove copies previously exported or shared.
Legal choices and limited mode
A decline or withdrawal takes effect locally at once. Stillpoint stores that limited-mode choice and does not turn it into a recurring prompt merely because a later document family is published. The user can review the current documents and affirmatively accept from Legal & Privacy settings. A previously accepted user is asked once when a materially changed document family requires a new choice; a verified acceptance for the current family is not asked again.
